We purchased a reclaimed wood dining table that we needed to be a bit narrower than usual. The team had no issues with this request, and they crafted the table without charging us extra. When the table arrived a few weeks later, we noticed a small crack that we initially overlooked. Once we spotted it, Zarc from the Care team advised us to keep an eye on it and send over some photos. After two months, the crack had grown larger, and they promptly replaced the tabletop. The customer service was absolutely top-notch; I've never encountered anything like it before. Big thanks to Zarc and the H&W crew!

I can't express how happy I am with the folks at Hemming and Wills. I was a bit anxious about buying a table online without getting to see and touch it, but we are just over the moon with the reclaimed wood in ‘driftwood’. It has such a gorgeous natural finish and aroma, and the color fits our space perfectly. They really went the extra mile to ensure we had the table in time for Christmas, even though I messed up the order, which meant it should've shown up at the end of January. Huge thanks to Danielle and the team, you all are fantastic!

The service was absolutely terrible from beginning to end, sadly. The table arrived in August, and it was dirty and the wrong size. After a ton of back and forth via email because we couldn't reach anyone by phone, we set up a replacement, which got delayed multiple times (issues on your side, not ours). When it finally showed up, it was missing the legs. We just got the legs today, a whopping four months after our initial delivery. Customer support has been sluggish and lacking the whole time. The table and chairs we ended up with are nice, but the hassle we've faced and the issues we've dealt with have made us not want to use your company again. I wouldn't suggest you to anyone - it's been one headache after another. Feel free to review this and share your thoughts, as the blame definitely falls on you for this.

I purchased a dining table, and it turned out to be nothing like what was shown. The wood finish was totally different from the images on the site, and the table legs had some rust on them. I get that rustic tables can vary, but this was way off the mark. After a lot of back and forth with customer service, my husband finally got them to agree to pick it up for a lower fee of £50 instead of £100, but we had to wait a few weeks for that to happen. It was really frustrating that we had to pay for the return. They offered us an exchange, but we didn’t want to take the chance of getting another table that didn’t match the online photos. We needed a table quickly, so we decided to steer clear of this company.

Fantastic table, just what we were looking for. The delivery could've been a bit of a hassle, though... We moved houses between placing the order and getting it delivered. We let H&W know about the change, got a confirmation sent to the old address, informed them again, and thought it was all good... But on delivery day, we got a call from the delivery crew saying they were at our old place! Luckily, we had only shifted three miles away, so we managed to get the delivery, but it could've been a real mess. Anyway, none of that takes away from how great the table is, which is awesome, but they really ought to have sorted it out the first time.

I got myself a new table crafted from reclaimed wood, and it's just great! The entire journey with this crew - from placing the order to getting the item - has been wonderful! I've already told my family and pals about them. The table is beautiful and just right for our needs!

We got ourselves a fresh dining table that was supposed to be ready in about 6 to 8 weeks. The folks in customer service were super nice and helped us set up a delivery time that worked with our holiday plans. The table's quality is fantastic, and we’re really pleased with what we bought.
